These spores have inoculated my substrate perfectly (Zamnesia substrate box), but time will tell as to how they are in terms of potency and effect as the cake is still growing so not at fruiting stage yet.

Malas noticias, los resultados con este producto no han sido los esperados. Tras recibir la jeringa de esporas inoculé varios tarros de grano debidamente esterilizado (arroz, alpiste, mijo, panizo, trigo y centeno). Mi intención era testar esta cepa en los diferentes substratos para seleccionar el más adecuado. Tras una semana de incubación a 24º C ninguno de ellos muestra signos de colonización. Afortunadamente inoculé también varios viales de cultivo líquido (caldo patata-dextrosa) de los cuales tan solo uno ha desarrollado micelio. Todas las operaciones fueron realizadas en un still-air box, respetando escrupulosamente las técnicas de esterilidad e higiene microbiológicas. Me gustaría conocer más sobre el control de calidad y densidad de esporas en las jeringas de este proveedor. Gracias!

Have patience and relax
This is an update of my review two weeks ago, where I panicked over one of two syringes having almost no visible spores. Turns out I just needed some optimism and patience. The jars inoculated with the seemingly spore-less syringe admittedly colonise quite a bit slower than the other ones, but there is healthy looking mycelium and no contamination. It is a natural product after all, so give it some time and enjoy the ride.

Il prodotto per sé è fertile, non ha problemi, però riempi 2/3 petri. Di per se va, però la situazione è più estesa. Essendo spore, se non stanno al fresco germogliano e fanno il micelio. Quando arriva la siringa, in essa si è già sviluppato il micelio che si è unito con quello una buona parte di spore. per cui poi nella siringa rimane non ben distribuito. Anche se non hanno un vasto repertorio di dna come le siringhe di spore, preferisco già il micelio in siringa. Allora ancora meglio se aspetti che la siringa di spore diventi micelio come già accade, però deve esserlo tutta, e aspettare un po'. Diciamo che è poco pratica per chi aspetta il pacco in posti un po' lontani.

J'étais assez septique en observant le contenu, clair comme de l'eau et aucune particule visible à l'oeil. J'ai quand même réparti le contenu dans 6 pots de grains et 1 pot pour culture liquide. A ma grande surprise tous ont été entièrement colonisés en une dizaine de jours. Là les monotubes progressent bien, les champignons ne devraient plus tarder à pointer le bout du nez. Cette variété est la plus rapide que j'ai cultivé jusqu'à là

Managed to get a few solid genetics pretty much straight out of the syringe without having to transfer much. Very aggressive, fast-colonizing, healthy mycelium from most of the inocs, and not many contaminants in the syringe. However, I did order an A+ syringe alongside this that was a complete dud. 100% moldy and bacterial plates and not a single germination no matter my attempts. My guess is some of the stuff inside ate all the spores before they got a chance. But that will happen with any spore vendor and any spore "format" every now and then. That's just how things be.

Déjà, le produit est emballé dans un joli carton violet. Je déconseille néanmoins d'essayer de soigner votre diabète avec. Par contre, pour lancer une culture de McKennaii, ça marche.

Good, clean and ready for study (under a microscope)
My order arrived in a few working days which I was very happy about. The packaging was good and offered some protection to its contents. The spore syringe arrived with a very clear and visible large clump of spores, which have turned out to be clean (for microscopic study). All in all, I am quite happy and pleased with my experience at Zamnesia. Why have I only awarded 4 stars? Whilst the above speaks for itself, I did find that comparitively to other sources, the syringe is quite expensive. Probably increased by the 'pretty' packaging and other such features that are not necesarily required, which if not present, may lower the price. Regardless, I would recomend this to any newcomer as I consider the product quite friendly to both beginners and those with more experience.

Bei mir kam eine leere Sporen Spritze an. Ich habe das sofort beanstandet. Der Kundensupport hat sofort reagiert und für eine Ersatzlieferung gesorgt. Inzwischen habe ich mit der neuen Spritze meine Körnerbrut geimpft und diese wächst allmählich mit Mycel zu.

The advantage of this product is that you can use your own container and substrate. If you are not in a hurry, several containers from one kit, are possible. This is an excellent product - I am seeing good mycelium growth. 5 stars!
